用成人型纤维结肠镜对53例小儿进行了结肠检查，并对13例结肠息肉患儿进行了内镜下息肉切除术。结果49例患儿得到明确诊断，确诊率为92．5％，内镜诊断性读作及息肉电凝电切术无1例发生并发症。临床实践证明，用成人纤维结肠钦对小儿结肠疾病进行诊断和治疗是一种安全有效的手段。
Colonoscopy was performed on 53 children with adult-type colonoscopy and endoscopic polypectomy was performed on 13 children with colon polyps. Results 49 cases of children get a definite diagnosis, the diagnosis rate was 92.5%, endoscopic diagnostic read and polyp electrocoagulation resection without complications in 1 case. Clinical practice has proved that the use of adult colon fibroids diagnosis and treatment of children with colonic disease is a safe and effective means.
