本研究观察了腺苷在低氧适应家兔脑血流(CBF)调节中的作用。结果表明:缺氧时适应组CBF改变不明显,对照组CBF明显增加;缺氧时适应组脑腺苷的含量明显低于对照组,而脑腺苷酸的含量明显高于对照组;适应组脑微血管对腺苷的反应与对照组相近。提示缺氧时低氧适应家兔CBF改变不明显,同低氧适应后脑腺苷含量较低、腺苷酸含量较高有关。
This study examined the role of adenosine in the regulation of cerebral blood flow (CBF) in hypoxia in rabbits. The results showed that there was no obvious change of CBF in the adaptation group during hypoxia, and the CBF in the control group was significantly increased. The content of cerebral adenosine in the adaptation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the content of brain adenosine in the adaptation group was significantly higher than that in the control group Brain microvessel adenosine response and control group similar.
