所谓“三位一体”的战略核力量,是指由战略轰炸机、陆基战略导弹和战略核潜艇所构成的战略核武器打击能力。早在50年代,美苏两国就已具备了这种能力。与其相比,中国在这方面的研究,起步较晚,规模有限,但发展迅速,成就卓著。我们在建国后仅20年左右的时间里,就先后研制出了原子弹、氢弹、人造卫星及其相应的运载工具,建立了比较完整的导弹、航天和核工业体系。但是,在战略核潜艇的研制上,我们花费的时间却相对较长。 共和国“三位一体”战略核力量
