In the small batch production of sheet metal parts, in order to replace or reduce manual labor, often using electro-hydraulic pulse forming, explosive forming and hydrostatic forming. The Electrohydraulics Design Studio has studied the use of electro-hydraulic pulse shaping to press large sheet metal parts in non-metallic molds, including wood molds, epoxy finger molds and concrete filler molds. In the hydrostatic forming, especially in explosive forming, the experience of using similar concave dies has been accumulated. Although electrohydraulic pulse forming has much in common with both explosive and hydrostatic forming methods, they differ after all: in the same die many pulses act simultaneously
