目的掌握氟喹诺酮类药物的不良反应,做到安全、合理、正确的使用此类药物。方法对本类药物不良反应的临床表现进行比较、分析、归纳和总结。结果本类药物品种繁多,特性各异,把握适应证,并制定合理的给药方案,给药剂量、给药途径和给药频次,就能更好地发挥本类药物治疗细菌感染性疾病的疗效。结论只要掌握对不良反应的鉴别判断能力及合理用药原则,其对人类的伤害是可以避免或及早发现的。
