Mankind has stepped into the era of knowledge economy. Knowledge utilization and knowledge management have become the focus and hotspot of the research in the library community. It is a new pattern and concept that the library breaks through the traditional management methods and realizes the management service salary creation. Knowledge management provides more room for library resource management and reader service.
