近年来牙周病研究的重大突破即是在牙周组织内发现了细菌的侵入。这些侵入的细菌主要包括产黑色素拟杆菌群,放线共生放线杆菌、二氧化碳噬细胞菌和放线菌属,这一发现能更好地解释牙周病的发病机理。在牙周袋内,与袋沟上皮相关的细菌具有较大的侵入牙周组织的可能性。然而,这方面的研究甚少,虽然显徽镜观察发现在牙周袋内螺旋体和革兰氏阴性杆菌数量较多,但是缺乏对健康或患病部位附着在龈沟上皮上的细菌的培养研究,缺乏对龈沟上皮特性与细菌附着、定居、侵入之间的相关研究。因此,目前的研究在于揭示健康部位与牙周炎快速进展型破坏部位附着在龈沟上皮上的细菌的组成。

Therefore, the current research is to reveal the composition of bacteria attached to the sulcular epithelium in healthy and fast-destructive parts of periodontitis.
