近日,笔者在赴地方无线电管理机构采访时,和当地相关领导与职工谈及当前我国无线电管理事业发展时感触颇多。其中,有一个问号也慢慢浮现在脑海之中,那就是我们的事业是否还需要继续大力加快发展?提及前几个5年中我国无线电管理事业发展时,也许大家会联想到以下几个词汇,“跨越发展”、“大力建设”。确实如此,过去一个时期,我国的无线电管理技术设施建设从无到有、从弱到强,实现了较快发展。
Recently, I went to the local radio regulatory agencies interviewed, and relevant local leaders and workers talking about the current development of China’s radio management career feel a lot. Among them, a question mark is slowly appearing in my mind, that is, whether our business needs to continue vigorously accelerating development? When referring to the development of China’s radio management in the past few 5 years, perhaps everyone will think of the following Vocabulary, “Leapfrog ”, “Vigorously Building ”. Indeed, in the past period, the construction of radio management technology and facilities in our country started from scratch, from weak to strong, and achieved rapid development.
