本文根据湖南省世行贷款国家造林项目现金流量表中数据及有关经济分析参数，对项目生产成本、风险、幼林生长量、财务、经济效益进行了分析与评价，认为项目财务和经济效益指标达到或超过可行性研究目标，项目抗风险能力强。表明项目实施是成功的。
This paper analyzes and evaluates the production costs, risks, growth of young trees, financial and economic benefits according to the data from the cash flow statement of the State Afforestation Project funded by the World Bank Loan in Hunan Province and relevant economic analysis parameters. It considers that the indicators of financial and economic benefits of the project have reached Or more than the feasibility study objectives, the project anti-risk ability. This shows that the project implementation is successful.
