On September 29, 2014, the state-level Wangcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone held its inaugural ceremony. CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Changsha Municipal Party Committee Secretary Yi Lianhong and Vice Governor He Xiangxiang unveiled for the state-level Wangcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone; Hu Henghua, deputy secretary and mayor of Changsha CPC Committee attended and made a speech.
