本研究用小麦离体叶段法测定8种药剂各4个浓度对小麦白粉病的防效,结果表明,离体叶段法可用于新化合物对小麦白粉病菌的活性筛选.
In this study, wheat leaf segments were used to determine the efficacy of four different concentrations of eight pesticides against wheat powdery mildew. The results showed that the in vitro leaf segment method could be used to screen the new compounds against wheat powdery mildew.
