本文以内隐知识理论和小学教育专业建设实践为依据,从存在的问题出发,来审视当前该专业发展的现状,提出了解决小学教育专业建设中存在问题的建议:明确培养目标是前提,加快专业课程体系建构是核心,基础研究是制约课程体系的瓶颈,加强过程管理是保障。 Based on the theory of tacit knowledge and the practice of primary education, this paper starts from the existing problems to examine the present situation of the current professional development and puts forward some suggestions to solve the existing problems in the construction of primary education specialty: Curriculum system construction is the core, basic research is the bottleneck restricting the curriculum system, to strengthen the process of management is to protect.
