目的评价抗菌药物合理应用与管控整治实效。方法通过信息管理和蓝蜻蜓医院感染管理系统以及临床监管和调查方法,对某医院临床抗菌药物应用情况进行调查和专项整顿,并作出效果评价。结果经过近3年的临床应用监管措施,使得清洁切口围手术期用药率由100%降低到45.7%;冠脉介入诊断抗菌药物用药率由33.2%降低到0.0%。抗菌药物合理用药率由监管前的20%以下提高到90%以上。使用抗菌药物的患者病原学标本送检率由监管前的23.5%上升到62.4%。结论该医院实施抗菌药物干预措施和临床监管,明显提高了抗菌药物合理使用率,取得明显效果。
Objective To evaluate the rational use of antimicrobial agents and control the effectiveness of remediation. Methods Through the information management and blue dragonfly hospital infection management system as well as the clinical supervision and investigation methods, the clinical antimicrobial drug application in a hospital was investigated and rectified, and the effect was evaluated. Results After nearly three years of clinical application of regulatory measures, the rate of perioperative use of clean incision decreased from 100% to 45.7%. The rate of antimicrobial drug use for coronary intervention decreased from 33.2% to 0.0%. The rational use of antibacterial drugs from the pre-regulatory less than 20% to more than 90%. The rate of sending etiological specimens to patients using antimicrobial drugs increased from 23.5% before the regulation to 62.4%. Conclusion The hospital implemented antibacterial drug interventions and clinical supervision, which significantly improved the rational use of antimicrobial agents and achieved significant results.
