The data show that Lithospermum Ruderale has an anti-gonadotropin effect and inhibits the secretion of LH secreted by oral administration of wild shiso powder to the mice in the period of estrus. The crude extract of wild shiso (LS) can reduce the endogenous Gonadotropin activity and gonadotropin activity after administration of exogenous LH and FSH. The authors investigated the mechanism by which LS inhibits gonadotropin activity and concluded that wild comfrey does not act as a steroid-like substance at the receptor level. Wild shikon roots were used in the experiment, and the cells were suspended in TETG buffer and centrifuged at 1400 g for 20 minutes to remove the powder. Steroid Receptors Using Bovine Uterus Tissue. Receptors were added to tubes containing ~ 3H-steroids and different concentrations of LS or TETG-only buffer at 4 ° C
