教研不仅是教学研究工作,里面还应包含深刻的人文内涵,不仅要研究如何有效地推进新课程的实施,更要研究如何促进学生的发展和教师的专业成长。重新审视传统教研,不难发现原有的僵化的教研机制、有缺陷的教研文化和单一的教研模式,越来越成为教学创新和学校发展的阻力;原有的教研工作经验、行为方式不适应新课程改革的需要。因此,坚持教研创新,建立轻负高效的教研工作模式、运行机制,有效地解决教学实践中出现的种种问题,已成为当前教研工作的一项重要
Teaching and research is not only a teaching and research work, but also contains profound humanistic connotations.
