目的:综述茉莉酮酸酯在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展。方法:以近年来国内外相关文献为基础,对茉莉酮酸酯在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展和作用机制进行综述,并对其应用前景进行展望。结果:茉莉酮酸酯对多种肿瘤细胞均有抗肿瘤作用,可以选择性杀伤肿瘤细胞,对正常组织细胞毒性低,且对耐药肿瘤细胞依然有效。茉莉酮酸酯可以抑制肿瘤转移和侵袭,提高放化疗疗效。结论:茉莉酸甲酯是一种植物源性新型抗肿瘤药,有很好的应用前景。
Objective: To review the progress of jasmonic acid ester in the treatment of cancer. Methods: Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years, the progress and mechanism of jasmonic acid ester in the treatment of cancer were summarized, and the prospect of its application was prospected. Results: Jasmonate has antitumor activity against a variety of tumor cells, selectively killing tumor cells, low cytotoxicity against normal tissues and still effective against resistant tumor cells. Jasmonic acid ester can inhibit tumor metastasis and invasion, improve the efficacy of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Conclusion: Methyl jasmonate is a new plant-derived antineoplastic agent with good application prospects.
