(外发[2006]35号,2006年6月29日)各省、自治区、直辖市人民政府、国务院各部委、各直属机构加强驻外外交人员(指在驻外使领馆、团、处、组以及驻港澳公署等驻外外交机构常驻人员,下同)随任配偶保障工作,是解除驻外外交人员后顾之忧、稳定外交队伍的重要措施,是积极推动我国外交工作顺利开展的重要保障。各地区、各部门必须服务和服从国家总体外交大局的高度,充分认识做好驻外外交人员配偶随任工作的重要性,切实执行《外交部财政部人事部关于印发〈关于驻外使领馆常驻人员配偶随任和管理办法〉的通知》(外发[1994]18号)。经国务院批准,现就加强驻外外交人员随任配偶保障工作通知如下:

All localities and departments must serve and submit to the overall diplomatic prestige of the country and fully recognize the importance of doing the job well done to the spouses of overseas diplomats and earnestly implement the requirements of the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Articles of Association of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Notice of Spouse's Office as a Sponsor and Management Practices> (GF [1994] No. 18). With the approval of the State Council, we hereby notify you of the following work on strengthening the spousal protection for the incumbent diplomats abroad:
