从1984年下半年以来,荔浦县的经济建设日益蓬勃发展。1985年,全县工业产值和财政收入比1983年各翻了一番,工业产值占工农业总产值的比重由35%上升到55%。今年上半年,工业产值比去年同期增长15.46%,财政收入比去年同期增长19.9%。荔浦县的经济建设之所以能够迅速发展,主要是由于该县坚持从实际出发,灵活地开展了一系列经济改革的结果。他们进行经济改革的做法主要有:(一)对生产正常、效益较好的国营企业,实行工资总额与经济效益挂钩和目标利润承包制。如县罐头食品厂实行目标利润承包制后,其生产和经济效益都有大幅增长。
