教育一直是人才培养的重中之重,而高素质的教师队伍是教育发展的根本保证。教师队伍的培养影响学生的学习和教育质量。通过对国内中小学“名师”的内涵、品质与培养进行研究发现,“名师”内涵经历了一个动态发展的过程;“名师”的品质逐渐多元化;“名师”的培养在评选、培养方式、评价、管理等方面存在一些问题。为了使“名师”及其培养存在的问题得以完善,归纳出几点建议,使其更加规范化、系统化、制度化。
Education has always been the most important part of personnel training, and a contingent of high-quality teachers is the fundamental guarantee for the development of education. The training of teachers influences the quality of learning and education of students. Through the research on the connotation, quality and cultivation of primary and middle school teachers in China, it is found that the connotation of “teacher” has undergone a dynamic process of development; the quality of “teacher” has gradually diversified; “teacher” The training in the selection, training methods, evaluation, management and so there are some problems. In order to make “teacher ” and its training to improve the existing problems, summed up several suggestions to make it more standardized, systematic and institutionalized.
