目的:探讨氢化物发生原子荧光光度法测定中影响空白的一些主要因素。方法:采用不同厂家、配制不同浓度的盐酸溶液,不同浓度的还原剂,不同的负高压下分别测量空白的荧光强度。结果:盐酸本身的品质对空白的荧光值影响最大。在一定浓度范围内酸度对空白荧光值的影响不大,但随着还原剂、负高压的改变空白的荧光强度有所改变。结论:选择空白本底值低的酸是保证实验数据准确可靠的基础。
Objective: To explore some of the main factors affecting the blank of hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods: Using different manufacturers, preparation of different concentrations of hydrochloric acid solution, different concentrations of reducing agent, different negative high pressure were measured blank fluorescence intensity. Results: The quality of hydrochloric acid itself has the greatest influence on the blank fluorescence value. In a certain concentration range, the effect of acidity on the fluorescence value of the blank was not significant, but the fluorescence intensity of the blank was changed with the change of the reducing agent and negative pressure. Conclusion: The choice of low background acid value is to ensure that experimental data is accurate and reliable basis.
