本文根据国家标准并结合角阀锥螺纹的特殊结构,给出这一特殊螺纹的单项几何参数术语定义,并详尽地介绍了利用万能工具显微镜对这些参数进行测量的方法、步骤和数据处理方式。这些对提高角阀锥螺纹加工质量,满足角阀与钢瓶连接处的紧固密封性要求有实际意义。本文原载于《新疆计量与测试》84年第1期。本刊转载时,经作者稍作修改.
According to the national standard and combined with the special structure of taper thread angle valve, this article gives the definition of the terms of single geometry parameters of this special thread, and introduces in detail the methods, steps and data processing methods of measuring these parameters with omnipotent tool microscope. These are of great significance to improving the machining quality of the taper thread of the angle valve and meeting the requirement of tightness and tightness at the connection of the angle valve and the cylinder.
