本文对56例甲型病毒性肝炎患儿进行了粪便甲肝病毒检测.结果31例阳性,其中3例同存乙肝病毒重叠感染.以纳差第1日作为发病日计算,有9例、14例、8例分别在发病<10日、11～20日、21<31日粪便中测得甲肝病毒.观察到小儿粪便排病毒时间较长,尤其是男孩.
In this paper, 56 cases of hepatitis A virus were detected in patients with hepatitis A. Results 31 patients were positive, including 3 patients with hepatitis B virus overlap infection.Analyzed on the first day as the onset date, there are 9 cases, 14 cases And 8 cases were diagnosed with hepatitis A virus in the feces of <10 days, 11-20 days and 21 <31 days, respectively.
