检验医学是一个以数据为基础的临床诊断,要求我们要利用现代最新检测技术为临床提供准确可靠的证据,现代临床检验已经由经验医学向循证医学转变,循证检验医学(evidence based laboratory medicine EBLM)定义为将循证医学的原则运用到现代检验医学学科理论中,找出当前最好的证据,向临床医师提供反映患者真实的证据[1]。检验人员的相关能力高低直接决定了循证实践能否顺利进行,由于很多临床检验人员对循证检验医学还不了解,要过培训教育来提高素质。本研究对吉林市三甲医院检验科人员就循证检验医学知晓程度进行调查,分析的相关实践能力现状,并提出培训对策,
Laboratory Medicine is a data-based clinical diagnosis that requires us to use modern, state-of-the-art detection techniques to provide accurate and reliable evidence of clinical trials. Modern clinical testing has evolved from empirical medicine to evidence-based medicine. Evidence-based laboratory medicine EBLM) is defined as the application of the principles of EBM to the theory of modern laboratory medicine to find out the best evidence of the current, to provide clinicians with evidence that reflects the reality of patients [1]. The relative ability of the examiner directly determines the evidence-based practice can proceed smoothly, because many clinical laboratory personnel do not understand the evidence-based laboratory medicine, to education and training to improve the quality.
