目前台湾经济出现的一些现象，小是周期性的低谷，也小是暂时的困难，而是一种结构性的问题，是一种长期性的衰落趋势。
At present, some phenomena in Taiwan’s economy appear to be cyclical troughs and small ones that are temporary difficulties. They are structural problems and a long-term decline trend.
