1 案例某女,48岁,于某年5月26日晨,因纠纷而被对方用竹杆击中头部。当时感头昏头痛、呕吐,无意识障碍,由他人送往医院诊治。入院检查见:左侧头顶部肿胀,压痛;右前额青紫肿胀,表皮擦伤;右眼青紫肿胀。住院期间未作特殊检查,14天后好转出院。出院后其反复头晕、头痛、恶心、呕吐,故多次住院治疗,12月7日再次因头晕、头痛、恶心、呕吐住院时,抢救无效死亡。
A case of a woman, 48 years old, on the morning of May 26, a year, due to disputes by the other party hit the head with a bamboo pole. Feeling dizzy and headache, vomiting, unconsciousness, was taken to hospital by others for treatment. Admission examination see: the top of the left head swelling, tenderness; bruising of the right forehead bruising, epidermal abrasion; swelling of the right eye bruising. No special examination during hospitalization, 14 days after the discharge was better. Repeated dizziness, headache, nausea and vomiting after discharge from the hospital. Therefore, he was hospitalized many times. On December 7, he died of dizziness, headache, nausea and vomiting again when he was hospitalized.
