“成组技术”在我国还是一项新技术,机械加工行业中推广与应用成组技术,将会提高企业的经济效益和社会经济效益。在这篇文章中,对电力工业修造企业推行成组技术的必要性和可能性做了详细论述。在备品配件技术准备和组织生产工作中,应用成组技术以提高经济效益,应该引起我们同行业的重视。华北电力学院机械系84年部分毕业生,选择了这一课题在该厂进行毕业设计,做了大量的调查研究和典型品种的成组夹具设计,是十分有意义的。虽然由于时间短促,尚未付诸实践,但对该厂今后推广与应用这一新技术指出了方向,对此该厂表示衷心感谢。
“Group technology” is still a new technology in China. The promotion and application of group technology in the mechanical processing industry will increase the economic and social economic benefits of the company. In this article, the necessity and possibility of implementing group technology in the electric power industry’s construction companies are discussed in detail. In the technical preparation of spare parts and the organization of production work, the use of group technology to increase economic efficiency should arouse the attention of our industry. Part of the graduates of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of North China Electric Power University in the past 84 years chose this topic for graduation design at the plant, and did a lot of investigation and research and the design of group jigs for typical varieties. It is very significant. Although it has not been put into practice due to short time, it has pointed out the direction for the promotion and application of this new technology in the future. The factory expresses its sincere gratitude.
