目的 回顾性研究在瘤样脱髓鞘病变与原发性胶质瘤及中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的鉴别中,CT平扫检查对于常规MRI增强检查是否有补充价值。方法 该研究得到了当地伦理委员会的批准,并免除病人知情同意。 Objective To retrospectively study whether CT scan is complementary to conventional MRI in the identification of tumor-like demyelinating lesions and primary glioma and central nervous system lymphoma. Methodology The study was approved by a local ethics committee and exempted from patient informed consent.
