目前农村集资医疗在全国只占整个农村医疗费的9.4%,这已成为实现农村初级卫生保健最低限标准的一个难点。为此,探讨农村“集资医疗”所面临的困难及对策,是关系到实现2000年人人享有卫生保健目标的一项重要工作。
At present, rural fund-raising medical care only accounts for 9.4% of the entire rural medical expenditure, which has become a difficulty in achieving the minimum standards for rural primary health care. To this end, exploring the difficulties and countermeasures faced by rural “fund-raising care” is an important task related to achieving the goal of health care for all in 2000.
