我们在北京市左家庄小区某16层塔楼外装修施工中采用了管件组装式双层吊篮,该吊篮靠自重摩擦下降。加荷试压与实用表明,这种吊篮安全可靠,操作简便,并可省去大量手扳葫芦、倒链和滑轮。一、构造组装式吊篮架子系统由钢制管件吊篮、屋面14号工字钢挑梁、φ100钢管压梁等三部分组成,吊篮架除作为外装修架子外,还可在大模板结构施工中随层上升作防护架子用。图1为16层塔楼平面布置图,吊篮分6种,跨度为2.5~6.5m,重量在600kg内(包括吊篮、4名操作工及少量装修用料和工具等)。图2为屋面压梁及预埋吊鼻位置。吊鼻采用未经冷加工的3号钢筋制作,其埋置方法如图3所示。吊篮安装后,须进行结构试验,经验收
In the construction of a 16-story tower outside Beijing’s Zuojiazhuang Community, we used a double-piped assembly basket, which fell due to its own weight. Figure 2 shows the location of the roof compression beam and the embedded nose. The hanging nose was made of No. 3 steel that had not been cold-worked, and its embedding method was shown in Fig. 3. After the basket is installed, structural tests must be performed.
