伴随着北京商业地产的高度发展,国外品牌正极力拓展北京市场。相对汇集了众多国际品牌的亚太区总部的上海,北京是品牌拓展的另一个绝佳之地。目前,北京的商圈,王府井、朝外等商业氛围已培养完成,而新商圈,万柳、立水桥、崇文商圈亦已默默形成,伴随一些新锐、时尚购物中心的开业,我们看到了多个首次来京的品牌。品薄和项目之间的关系非常微妙,但总体来说是一个互为呼应的关系。比如年初西班牙ZARA在世贸天街的开业,使世贸天街成为CBD的时尚地标。而一些诸如新光天地、西单大悦城、优唐生活广场等质地优良的项目,也成为多个品牌首次入京的第一站。
With the rapid development of Beijing commercial real estate, foreign brands are aggressively expanding Beijing market. With the opening of some new and fashionable shopping malls, we have seen First time to Beijing’s brand. The relationship between prodigal and project is subtle, but overall it is a reciprocal relationship. For example, ZARA in Spain at the beginning of the World Trade Center opened in the sky, making World Trade Center become a fashionable CBD landmark. Some projects such as Shin Kong Place, Xidan Joy City, You Tang Life Plaza and other fine quality projects have also become the first stop of many brands for the first time in Beijing.
