Expert outpatient service is a kind of special needs service that the hospital has developed to adapt to the socialist market economy and improve medical service measures and forms to meet the needs of the broad masses of people for different levels of health care. It has been accepted and recognized by the society and the people for its unique service function. To do this, it is the management of expert out-patient clinics. It is the challenge for hospitals to adapt to the reform and development of medical institutions in the new period, and it is to implement all patient-centered service objectives. One measure is also the embodiment of seizing opportunities, adhering to the views of the masses, better serving the people’s health, and serving the socialist modernization drive. Problems in the management of specialist outpatient services I. Expert standards are not clear The “expert” qualification standards for hospital outpatient clinics are not strict and there is no precise concept. Some people who do not have expert qualifications sit in consultations, so that patients cannot register for high prices. With high-quality services, the true role of expert clinics cannot achieve the required quality. Some hospitals are blindly pursuing economic benefits and are personally relaxing their qualifications, inevitably causing misleading or delaying early diagnosis and treatment of the disease and causing unnecessary losses. Second, the expert out-patient management is not strict Hospital in the expert out-patient management of the lack of supporting management system, individual experts violate professional ethics, mercenary, drug “rebate”, privately sold self-made formula drugs, increase the economic burden of patients; increase the amount of registration, from Gaining income reduces the patient’s examination time and reduces the quality of diagnosis and treatment. The disorder of experts’ outpatient clinics disturbs the expert’s diagnosis and physical examination quality. It also affects the quiet and comfort of the patient’s visiting environment and is not conducive to providing good services.
