创新管理是企业生存和发展的主题。本文从分析高速公路企业目前面临的竞争状况出发,提出创新管理的新形式——柔性管理,并对其在企业中的应用和反思作出初步探讨,以期为部分困境中的高速公路企业提出一种管理模式的借鉴。
