在我国医疗体制改革不断深入的大形势下,只有加强医院人事档案管理,才能构建起准确、完善的基础信息和数据,让人事部门对员工职业素养和专业技能全面把控,选贤任能,激发员工工作的积极性和主动性,为企业健康发展做出更大贡献。本文重点对医院人事档案管理工作中存在的问题进行探讨,并就如何改进谈了几点建议。
Under the continuous deepening of China’s medical system reform, only by strengthening the hospital’s personnel file management can we establish accurate and complete basic information and data, and the personnel department can comprehensively control the occupational vocation and professional skills of employees and select qualified personnel to enable them. Inspire employees’ enthusiasm and initiative to make greater contribution to the healthy development of the company. This article focuses on the problems existing in the management of hospital personnel files, and discusses how to improve them.
