今年,东、黄海开始实行全面伏季休渔,受到了各级渔业行政主管部门和当地政府的重视、支持。5月,农业部东海区渔政渔港监督管理局在舟山市召开“东海区伏季渔政 管理工作会议”,就如何贯彻执行伏休规定作了动员、部署,东海区江、浙、沪、闽的渔业行政主管部门和沿海重点渔业市、县的政府领导、国有渔业公司负责同志一起研究和制定了具体措施,表示要克服困难,不折不扣执行伏季休渔规定。这是令人欣慰的,我们坚信在各方面的共同努力下,伏季休渔将变为广大群众的自觉行动,取得预期的效果。
