课程设置由员工管理技巧、领导力、顾客关系、经营预算与损益报告、店铺管理、市场推广和提升营业额、工位服务流程共7大方面、十五个独立课程组成。如《沟通》、《辅导》、《领导风格》、《如何引进变革》、《损益管理》、《店铺各区组织结构与功能》、《值班铺面管理》、《市场推广模式与实例分享》等独立课程。课程设计为5个工作日,其中4个工作日为课程培训,1 个工作日为店铺现场实习。课程结束需要进行笔试,合格
The curriculum consists of 15 independent courses in 7 major aspects, including employee management skills, leadership, customer relationship, operating budget and profit and loss reports, store management, marketing and sales promotion, and station service processes. Such as “communication”, “counseling”, “leadership style”, “how to introduce change”, “profit and loss management”, “organizational structure and function of each district”, “management of duty on the shop floor”, “marketing model and case sharing” course. The course is designed for 5 working days, of which 4 work days are for course training and 1 work day for on-site shop internship. The course is completed and written tests are required
