Nearly read the author of “Competitiveness”: “IT industry: CEO pay and performance has nothing to do”, the author of the text data to be “sad concern” in the 2004 global IT industry pay rankings, Oracle’s Larry E Leeson topped the list with 21.319 million U.S. dollars and Steve Jobs at Apple Computer ranked first with 0 U.S. dollars. In Fiscal 2005, Verisign’s CEO, Stratton-Scolaworth, had a competitive coefficient of 163% Direct new crown. Our research and analysis found that the performance of these CEOs is only 11% of the company’s net sales, while the CEO’s salary is showing a year-on-year positive trend because in the opinion of many large shareholders, another CEO is asked to take a higher price than removing an asking price .
