独立学院是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。经济管理类专业作为全国普通本科院校开设的第一大类专业,是各独立学院开设的主要专业类型。因此,对独立学院经济管理类专业的人才培养模式进行研究,具有重要的意义。本文分析了独立学院的办学层次、学生及师资队伍的特殊性,指出了独立学院经济管理类人才培养的目标定位,并从教学模式、课程设置及师资队伍三个方面论及构建了独立学院经济管理类专业应用型人才培养体系。 Independent colleges are an important part of higher education in our country. As the first major specialty offered by colleges and universities in China, the major of economics and management is the major specialty offered by independent colleges.
