本研究应用上海钛白粉厂含量为98%二氧化钛粉尘。对昆明种 Wistar 封闭群大白鼠,按1、2、4、8、16g/kg 剂量分组(每组10只),进行了消化道、腹腔及皮下注射三种途径的急性毒性试验。观察动物的急性中毒表现、记录动物死亡情况及死亡时间、计算 LD_(50)(寇氏法)。结果发现,染尘后多数动物出现精神萎糜,毛发蓬松、食量减少、俯卧不动、簇聚成团等症状,高剂量组更为明显;并相继出现死亡。尚存动物两周后处死病理检查发现:经消化道、愎腔注射途径的个别动物肝、睥瘀血、点状出血、变性;肾盂扩
The research uses titanium dioxide powder plant in Shanghai 98% content of titanium dioxide. Acute toxicity test of three routes including digestive tract, intraperitoneal and subcutaneous injection was carried out in Kunming Wistar rats of 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 g / kg dose groups (10 in each group).
