以循化线辣椒为试材,在青海省循化县选择高、中、低地块采用单因素试验,研究了施用K2O 45、90、125、135、180、270kg/hm2(以不施肥为对照)不同钾肥施用水平对循化线辣椒产量和品质的影响。结果表明:同一辣椒品种在同一肥力水平下,增施钾肥对生育期长短影响不大,同一辣椒品种在肥力条件高的地块生育期长,而在瘠薄地块生育期短;同一辣椒品种的红果率、鲜果辣椒素含量和鲜果维生素C含量随着栽培土壤肥力的提高而降低;施钾量在一定范围内可以显著提高辣椒的红果率,增加鲜果辣椒素含量和鲜果维生素C含量;在高肥力条件下施钾量在45kg/hm2时,中肥力条件下施钾量在180kg/hm2时,低肥力条件下施钾量在90kg/hm2时,线辣椒的鲜果产量最高、纯收入最大。
