目的:探讨药物柔红霉素(daunorubicine,DNR)及其脂质体在房水中维持的浓度及时间。方法:20只兔眼于晶体囊外摘除术中分别注入0.1ml之1mg/ml DNR及其脂质体(LDNR),术后12、24、48小时和1周时间采集房水,应用高效液相色谱法测定房水中DNR的浓度。结果:术后12、24、48小时注入DNR和LDNR眼均可测出DNR,且LDNR眼浓度明显高于DNR眼,术后1周LDNR眼仍可测出DNR,但注入DNR眼无法测出。结论:应用高效液相色谱法可测定兔房水中的DNR浓度,且LDNR眼浓度明显高于DNR眼,有明显的缓释延时效应。眼科学报1998;14:232~235。
Objective: To investigate the concentration and time of drug daunorubicine (DNR) and its liposomes in aqueous humor. Methods: Twenty rabbits were injected with 0.1 mg of 1 mg / ml DNR and their liposomes (LDNR) respectively during extracapsular ectasia. After 12, 24, 48 hours and 1 week, aqueous humor was collected. Determination of DNR concentration in aqueous humor by phase chromatography. Results: DNR was detected at 12, 24 and 48 hours after the operation in both DNR and LDNR eyes, and the LDNR concentration in eyes was significantly higher than that in DNR eyes. LDR was still detected at 1 week after surgery, however, . Conclusion: The concentration of DNR in rabbit aqueous humor can be determined by HPLC, and the concentration of LDNR in eyes is significantly higher than that in DNR eyes.
