作者对3种不同疗法治疗小儿ITP效果进行了远期随防，结果IVIg疗效最佳，血小板数升高快，血小板抗体消失决，血清IgG水平稳定，复发率低。而其它2组不如前者。提示IVIg是目前治疗小儿ITP疗效最佳的新方法。
