为了调节市场供应,延长青椒(Capsicum annuum)贮藏期限,提高经济效益,我们于1984年和1987年,分三期对青椒做了剪梗贮藏试验,现将试验情况简报如下。1 材料和方法1.1 材料3期试验用青椒,第1期于1984年8月15日采收,品种为世界冠军;第2期1984年9月18日采收,品种为吉林四方头;第3期试材于1987年7月20日采收,品种为辽椒1号。各期试材采收后,选择颜色鲜绿、果面无损伤、且具有各品种成熟时应有大小的完好果,装入消过毒的漏孔塑料箱中,于12~13℃下预冷1~2天。
