感冒止咳液一般含有多种有效成份和大量赋形剂,如染料、香料、甜化剂和防腐剂等。许多制剂内含多种胺类化合物,以及镇痛药非那西丁和扑热息痛等;常用的防腐剂则有尼泊金甲酯或丙酯及苯甲酸钠。本文建立一种简单的高效液相色谱法同时测定感冒止咳液中抗组胺药补尔敏(Ⅰ),减充血剂去甲麻黄碱(Ⅱ)和咳嗽抑制剂右甲吗南(Ⅲ)。仪器条件:高效液相色谱仪110型,UV检测器(254nm),层析柱(30cm×4mm)填充十八烷基硅烷
Cold cough syrup generally contains a variety of active ingredients and a large number of excipients, such as dyes, spices, sweeteners and preservatives. Many formulations contain a variety of amine compounds, as well as the analgesic phenacetin and paracetamol; commonly used preservatives are methyl or propyl paraben and sodium benzoate. In this paper, we established a simple HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of anti-histamine drug (s) in cold and relieving cough syrup (Ⅰ), decongestant norephedrine (Ⅱ) and dextromethorphan (Ⅲ) as a cough suppressant. Instrument Conditions: High performance liquid chromatography type 110, UV detector (254nm), chromatography column (30cm × 4mm) filled octadecylsilane
