含牙囊肿发生于牙冠或牙根形成之后,在缩余釉上皮与牙冠面之间出现液体渗出而形成含牙囊肿。其发生部位多见于下颌第三磨牙区及上颌尖牙区。1993年10月,作者诊治一例上颌窦含牙囊肿患者,其含牙牢固地嵌在上颌窦后壁,实属少见,现报告如下: 患者:王××,男,13岁。诉左面部肿胀并上后牙龈反复流脓7个月。
