医院管理队伍的职业化建设,是医院在实际管理当中实行科学化管理的关键。现代化的医院管理当中,迫切的需要管理队伍职业化的建设,用来保证医院的管理模式的可持续发展。本文针对中外的医院管理队伍职业化进行实际的差异研究,参照国外的发展现状,促进我国的医院管理队伍职业化的提升。
The professionalization of the hospital management team is the key to the hospital in the actual management of scientific management. Among the modern hospital management, there is an urgent need for the professionalization of the management team to ensure the sustainable development of the hospital’s management mode. This article aims at the actual difference research on the professionalization of Chinese and foreign hospital management teams and refers to the development of foreign countries to promote the professionalization of the hospital management team in our country.
