以物质、空间、时间“三位一体”的辩证唯物主义观点为纲,按照城市空间结构演变的时间序列进行探讨.在总结农业经济和工业经济社会中城市的资源结构、产业结构和空间结构演变特征的基础上,重点分析了城市空间结构演变的基本规律:主要的生产要素从土地→资本→知识逐步转变;城市的空间结构将实现由要素推动阶段→投资推动阶段→创新推动阶段的演变.进而在时空的架框下系统分析,推证了在知识经济条件下城市空间结构将出现由紧凑型向松散型转化,各种经济实体呈现大分散、小集中、多样化、多中心布局的演变趋势.最后提出了在知识经济条件下优化城市空间结构的诸多对策和建议.

Furthermore, it is analyzed systematically under the frame of time and space, and it is testified that under the condition of knowledge-based economy, urban spatial structure will be transformed from compact to loosely, and various economic entities will show the evolution of large decentralization, small concentration, diversification and multi-center distribution Trend.Finally put forward many countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the urban spatial structure in the knowledge-based economy.
