丰产群体和一般群株植株叶片和茎秆的还原糖含量及日变化都随叶片光合作用的节奏有明显的昼高夜低的日变化规律。丰产群体植株块茎还原糖含量及日变化幅度,在块茎形成至块茎增长期间,明显高于一般群体,其含量有夜高昼低的日变化趋势,一般群体日变幅很小,无明显峰值。后期两群体日变化趋势相同,日变幅极小。全生育期两群体叶片还原糖含量呈递减趋势,茎秆和块茎呈抛物线形变化,且茎秆的含量和日变幅始终最高,其次是叶片,块茎最低。日高峰值出现的时间,依次为叶片、茎秆和块茎,体现了马铃薯“源”、“流”、“库”代谢的协调关系。
The content and diurnal variation of reducing sugars in the leaves and stems of high-yielding population and general population were all significantly different with the rhythm of leaf photosynthesis. The tuber reducing sugar content and diurnal variation range of high-yielding population were significantly higher than that of the general population during tuber formation to tuber growth, with the diurnal variation of daytime and low daylight. The daily variation of common population was small with no obvious peak. The latter two groups of the same trend of daily change, daily minimum amplitude. During the whole growth period, the content of reducing sugars in both groups showed a decreasing trend, the stems and tubers showed a parabola-shaped change, and the content and daily variation of stems were always the highest, followed by leaves and tubers. The peak time of emergence appeared as leaves, stems and tubers in turn, which reflected the coordination of the metabolism of “source”, “flow” and “sink” of potato.
