证券市场“上有政策,下有对策”的现象由来已久。采用博弈的思想和纳什均衡的分析方法,对这种现象给予本质性的解释。并指出公平、科学、市场化的证券监管政策是改进市场均衡的必然途径。
The phenomenon of “having a policy on the stock market and having a solution under it” has a long history. The game theory and Nash equilibrium analysis method, to give an essential explanation of this phenomenon. And pointed out that a fair, scientific and market-oriented securities regulatory policy is the inevitable way to improve market equilibrium.
