目的探讨野木瓜不同部位提取物的镇痛抗炎效果,并作有效部位筛选。方法采用热板法和乙酸扭体法实验研究不同部位提取物的镇痛作用;采用二甲苯诱发小鼠耳廓肿胀模型研究不同部位提取物抗炎作用。结果野木瓜不同部位提取物对小鼠热板致痛均有明显的镇痛作用,其中乙醚提取物镇痛效果最为明显。不同部位提取物对乙酸诱发小鼠腹腔剧烈疼痛的镇痛作用显著,其中乙醚和三氯甲烷提取物效果尤为显著。乙醚提取物对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀有显著的抑制作用,而其他部位提取物抑制作用不明显。结论乙醚提取物为野木瓜中镇痛抗炎的主要活性部位。
Objective To investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of different parts of wild papaya extracts and screen them for effective site. Methods The hot plate method and acetic acid writhing method were used to study the analgesic effects of different parts of extracts. The anti-inflammatory effects of extracts from different parts were studied by using xylene-induced ear auricle swelling model. Results Wild papaya extracts from different parts of the hot plate pain induced by mice have obvious analgesic effect, of which the ether extract the most obvious analgesic effect. The analgesic effect of different parts of extract on acetic acid-induced severe intraperitoneal pain in mice was significant, especially the effect of ether and chloroform extract was significant. Ether extract of xylene-induced mouse ear swelling significantly inhibited, while the other parts of the extract inhibition was not obvious. Conclusion Ether extract is the main active site of analgesic and anti-inflammatory in wild papaya.
