应用国产染料激光机对22例（23眼）青光眼实施激光虹膜切除术，虹膜完全切穿成功率78．30％。应选择最低激光能量达到切除虹膜的目的以减少并发症，激光虹膜切除的虹膜靶位选择中周部虹膜隐窝处可以提高手术成功率
Twenty-two cases (23 eyes) of glaucoma were treated with laser iridectomy using a domestic dye laser machine. The success rate of complete iridectomy was 78.30%. Should choose the lowest laser energy to achieve the purpose of resection of the iris to reduce complications, laser iridectomy iris target selection in the peripheral iris crypt can improve the success rate of surgery
